Malcolm McArthur worked as the Mechanical and Electrical Contractor for CBC for their client, Thenue Housing Association at Green St, Glasgow from 2011-2013.

This project entailed 2 standalone phases providing a mixture of flats, housing and disabled accommodation.

We can confirm that Malcolm McArthur carried out their work with professionalism with close liaison with the CBC site team, planned labour resources, value engineering and quick response times to (a very few) defects.

This together with their keen level of competitive tendering and diligent cost reporting throughout the projects gives me no hesitation to recommend them as a good member of the CBC supply chain.
